How to take a photo we can actually use

Get close — the eye should fill most of the frame.
Hold the camera level and steady, straight on to the eye (not at an angle).
Have the subject look straight at the lens.
Open the eye as wide as possible so the entire iris is visible — no eyelid covering the top or bottom edge.
Take 2–3 shots and pick the sharpest one before uploading.

Step-by-step reference photos are coming soon — a short how-to video will replace this list once it's filmed.

💡 Lighting: your phone's flash is fine for this. But for the sharpest detail and best-quality result, it's still worth booking a professional session with us — our camera and studio lighting capture detail a phone can't.

📧 Delivery: digital files are sent to the email you enter at checkout — no separate download step. Printed pieces ship to the address you provide there. Digital files are ready within 48 hours; printed pieces ship within 14 days.

Our mobile studio is based in Lynnwood, WA and covers the whole Eastside, west to the water and south to Shoreline, north through Everett, and a Seattle pocket covering Ballard, Fremont, Wallingford & Green Lake — your home, a park, or your event.

Eastside — Bothell, Kenmore, Kirkland, Woodinville, Redmond & Bellevue, all within ~15 miles of Lynnwood
Westside — Edmonds & Mountlake Terrace, south to Shoreline
North — Mill Creek, Mukilteo & Everett and surroundings
Seattle — Ballard, Fremont, Wallingford & Green Lake (not including Downtown/Belltown)
Outside this area? We still travel — it's arranged individually with an extra travel charge, just ask.
